The patient had been suffering from chronic hoarseness, joint pain, generalized edema, and persistent fatigue for more than three years. At a reputed allopathic hospital in Kochi, she was advised to undergo surgery. However, she chose to seek Ayurvedic care at our center.

Under our treatment, her hoarseness was completely relieved. A 3D Cardiovascular Cartography (3D CCG) scan performed on 20.07.2012 revealed a mitral valve stenosis with an orifice size of 0.87 sq. cm, along with a mild reduction in blood flow through the right coronary artery.

Follow-up scans on 25.07.2013 and 12.06.2015 demonstrated steady and consistent improvement.

The final scan on 22.05.2017 confirmed remarkable recovery:

• The mitral valve orifice had expanded from 0.87 sq. cm to 4.28 sq. cm.
• Cardiac efficiency had improved from 11.17 to 19.36.
• Blood flow through all coronary arteries was normal.

These findings were further validated by 2D Echocardiography, reinforcing the authenticity of the results.
